Marathon training week Number 5


EVEr get to the point were you JUST DONT WANNA and NO ONE CAN MAKE YA!

Yeah I hit that this week… I jsut didnt feel like running. i did the two 3 mile runs. and I got up with the intention of running this morning.t han I sat at the computer and burned my morning away…so 10 miler in the morning… and nothing can get in my way. but my own brain…

and I am skipping my 5 miler this week. I know I am BAD TO THE BONE!
