is finnished. I did NOT RUN my miles on Saturday. it was so windy and cold and I knew that i was going to be in the hot pool everyday. so I decided that I would just coach….t hat would be my cross train for the day. : ) and this morning I was out the door before 6am… ran 13.7 miles. : ) in 2:28.52! Rather slow if you ask me. but that is only because I know that if I am chasing someone I can go faster. : ) I proved that last weekend. : )

So it was a great training run for me … I stayed in my normal time range… and I came back in one piece. that is all that matters. so this week my m iles ended up being a little different.

I am pleased to tell you that my KIDS ROCKED THE SWIM MEET!!!!!!!!

they both SMASHED thier times. I mean SMASHED them. D~fly took off anywere form 5-12 seconds per race. and that is BIG FOR HIM!!!! He got out on his 100 free. “COACH… they messed up… THERE IS NO WAY I swam that in 1:24. I laughed so so so hard and said… yeah you DID! and we are both so proud of you!

My T~ fly tried a lot of NEW things… 100 back 200 IM 200 FREE..s o those were all NT. But the 50 free he broke his time in by a little over a second. and that is amazing! just so you know. He is now about 1 second away from beating his mother in her FASTEST 50 free sprint EVER!…..

well ont his happy most wonderful note… I need to get into the pool. these kids are catching me fast. Than again. NAP FIRST …t han pool!
