Great week!
Hubby and I had a great time. I even got time to run out and get a bike ride on the GNT course that is the ERT course. Wonderful time I had with another tri’er in Eagle river. And the winner of the GNT last year… she was there too. It was great to get to train with her too. Such a nice woman. I enjoyed them both immensely.
Hubby’s test came back all GOOD! That is wonderful news as well. I was not so sure that was going to be the case. They had found something last time and well we decided to give it a while and see what happened. This is what happened. God took care of it all. 🙂 we are blessed.
So With a preview of the biking course… I could have run they even offered. But instead I flapped my jaws and didn’t run. 🙂 I am good at that too…. I think we are all ready for the Tri. I have been able to figure out what to do for tomorrow night. We are going to run out to Sohi and grab those hills… get in a few great running miles as well.
