Out in the Yard!

In the yard last night Cesar was wonderful. she was helping the new Australorps around the yard and showing them how to be good. they have been getting into trouble the past few days with Flying over the fence. Mr. and Mrs. Chicken have been talking about clipping wings, since none of us want that to happen, Cesar was so wonderful in helping them NOT do that anymore.

They have come so far from being in the house with the Humans. But we all need to help them NOT FLY over the fence. or we will all feel the clip of our wings. so girls if you see them thinking of it…. step in and share with them, that the ground is a better place to be.

BEAUTIFUL NIGHT!

The Coop was DIVINE last night. wouldn’t you agree girls? the light, the ambiance….. I mean the perches. Yes. the Perches….

The best part is when Mrs. Chicken and Mr. Chicken came in to see us all. towards the end of their visit. I noticed that “Salt” water Taffy was NOT willing to leave Mr. Chicken. and when he said. “I really must go. Mrs. Chicken is ready to go in for the night. I think an hour of sitting with you all is enough…”

Salt went in for a hug. it was WONDERFUL…. Look at how Lite up Mr. Chickens Face is.

Egg Production:

As always we are doing wonderful. and Mrs. Chicken smiles every time she comes in for eggs and thanks each one of us. we are Blessed to be here girls….
