This is the newest member of our family SweetTart. we are finally getting to Were we know her really good. and she has gotten used to us. She is so Sweet. Hence the name. She now has perches through out the house. places to fly among the family and play, sleep, preen or take a shower. SCREEEEEEEEEECH….. Did you just say…. Take a shower?
Why Yes, yes I did.
although when you see the pictures you might be wondering WHY on Heavens green earth would you let her take a shower there…..?
This is all I have to say about it…. cause that is were she choose. and it has been a long time since she took one and got clean. stinky birds are not fun. 🙂
So here is were she started asking for the water to really rain down on her. so a squirt bottle was gotten by the kids with warm water. Happy Chirps were heard across the room as she was enjoying her shower. 🙂
This little tiny water dish for her to drink out of is what started it all. LOL! cute thing kept flinging her water. I remember the request from the birds I have had in the past. so with the help of the kids. I showered her. Now the kids know how to read the signs and to help her bathe. maybe we could even get one at least once a week now. 🙂
I know, I know…. my desk…. all the electronics and such. But realy when a stinky bird wants a bath….you give it to her. It is like trying to get the stinky feet in my house to become clean…. it rarely happens. 🙂
