Fibromyalgia Protocol

  • So this is what I did when I started.  Keep in mind that everybody’s body is different.
  • Also, start with what you can.  I can’t say that I always did all of this.  Sometimes doing everything is too overwhelming, so I pick certain days out of the week to do some and others to do the rest.
  • I have worked with another lady with fibromyalgia that only did half of this and had great results.
  • Learn to listen to your body.  Some days I just feel like I need a certain oil.  If you pray for that ability God will give it to you.

CLEANSE

Gx assist/Pb assist +

Or

Zendocrine Supplements and Zendocrine Oil

Or

Capsule       4 drops       Lemon

2 drops       Oregano

2 drops       Melaleuca

Fill Capsule with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Fr. Coconut oil.

Take 2 or 3 times a day

If using Gx Assist, use for 3 months, when done continue with other capsule off and on to keep candida under control. I have heard that you shouldn’t take oregano for more than 10 days at a time .  I have done it for more, but something to consider.

Balance       on feet and over thyroid daily (will also help with stress and depression) (Myrrh helps a lot as well)

Lifelong Vitality with 3 or 4 drops Wild orange or Lemon

Deep blue or Aromatouch with coconut oil on back and sore muscles

 

 

 

 

1ST CAPSULE    1 drop         Frankincense

2 drops                 Lemongrass          (if causes too much burping, apply to                                                  bottom of feet.)  Also helpful applied to wrists and big toes.

2 drops       Rosemary

Fill Capsule with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Fr. Coconut oil

Wait a couple of minutes between capsules

 

 

2nd CAPSULE      2 drop         Oregano

2 drops       On Guard

Fill Capsule with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Fr. Coconut oil

 

IF DEPRESSED

1 drop peppermint         2 times a day in water or capsule (internally)

Wild Orange                  diffuse         2 or 3 times a day

(If severe)  add1 drop Roman Chamomille or Melissa to diffuser or on the bottom of your feet.

  • Obviously there are lots of options for this, these are just what work best for me.  Also Terrashield (with the intention of being a sheild and protection)  You may need this if you find yourself taking on the stress of others problems.

One of the biggest problems with Fibromyalgia is digestive issues.   If the person is not regular when using what I suggested above, then she will need to use Digestzen or Terazyme, or peppermint with each meal.

  • Try to exercise each day even if it is just a little.
  • The more white sugar and flour you cut out of your diet the faster this will all work.  As well as processed foods.
  • Obviously you need to eat a balanced diet with fresh fruits and veggies.
  • Drink lots of water.  It will also help with detoxing!
  • Bless your oils!! Everything works better with God’s help!!!
  • Take a bath! Drop some oils in epson salt then add to bath.  Will help remove toxins more easily and feels great on muscles.
