still here

I really am still here. and lots has gone on… lots and lots. But I never seem to have the time to update this. LOL. I’ll give you a short update of sorts. and than I will get to  doing this more often….

I had my shoulder surgery on the 20th of December. I found out that it was a torn bicep tendon. so that accadent back on April 3rd did some damage. and we are just now able to find out what it was and were only just now able to fix it. What a hard 8 months it was to get to this point. but we are there andready to heal.

The kids are in swimmign again and doing great…. I am coaching. passed all my tests and are now a fully registered USA swim coach. WAHOO! I am very excited about coacing the masters here at the PPST. I also get to help out with all the kids when we have swim meets. 

Iwas lucky enough to get to help with my littlest in his very first swim meet. there is nothing like getting to be the coach AND mommy on deck. it was great. and he did amazing he was succesfull and cant stop talking about it. anywho… I am off. that has given you a tast.

I am out of work for 3 months and maybe a bit more till the arm is back enough to work again… So I will be able to write more when I think about it. so I shall try my best to tell you oh so much more.
