Monday is pool day!

YEAH FOR ME THE POOL IS OPEN!!!!!!!!!!

I have missed you OH SO MUCH! and the new paint job. it is SO PRETTY! new blue….that all us kids … yes I am a kid too….decided was too light in color. what whatever! a new red line and new arrows. But the most beloved bird at the bottom of the pool is gone. the only reasont he kids are upset about that. is you cant sit on it and hide anymore. coach always knows if you are working out or not.

today was relativly easy….
warm up of 500
200 of each stroke in drill than a 100 swim =1,200
than a 200 warm down… nice and easy.
=1,900 a little over a mile. NICE!

than we came home and ate a little more. my blood sugars are hanging in there… I am in the 80’s all day today. But we are working hard to keep them up there. I dont htink I have ate this much food in a looooong time…. no I am NOT COMPLAINING. but my behind might latter. LOL.

I ran into town to get some arrands done.

it was a nice little jaunt. I love to ride my BICYCLE… I love to ride my BIKE. I love to ride my BICYCLE … I like to ride it were I LIIIIIKE!!!!
