For those looking for updates – Dfly Mama should be on deck right now, ready to get into the pool with her ‘wave’ for the 300 yrd swim – then on to the 9 mile bike and 3 mile run.

I’m awaiting word from our Mama, who’s up there with her, and Papa, and I’ll update this post as soon as I know anything. 🙂 Her goal is to break 200th place this year – so GO DFLYMAMA GO!
