The Alaska Women’s Gold Nugget TRIATHLON is ON for 2009, so get training!! (This means that there will be NO Duathlon)

Registration opens 4/1/09 at midnight!

Race Location: Chugiak High School
New Distances:
300 yd “Snake Swim”
9 mile bike
3.1 mile run (5k)
