21st place over all

I did my 5K today!

I am happy with the results but I am also a little dissapointed. I know that looks funny when I read it too. My time was a 27:09! were that is a good time it could have been so much faster. But I twisted my ankle and needed to go slower. It is okay really But I so wanted to do what my time was in my training runs.  but that is okay I am going to do it again next year. and than I will be better at it. a whole nother year of training. 😉

My ankle is brused and sore. I am R.I.C.E.ing it today. and will do it again tomorrow. than I will be off for a weeks worth of work. I am hoping that I will be able to ride my bike but if not. twill be okay. 😉

Now I have a few pictures for you…. here is my client and her special baby. she set his momma(a care giver) up with a guy that worked with her dad. the blind date ended with a blended family. 2 hers 2 his and htan this little pride and joy.

Here is the back of my shirt from the race today.

After all my sponcers were on the front… I let the kids and any well wishers that wanted too write ont he shirt for good luck. I had a blast!

Here is the front of my shirt. there are 18 names on there of people that sponcored me for the run! and in the back ground there is my momma… the purple moosie…. Notice the purple hat…. AND SHIRT! *G* I love my momma. she works at the shelter and is an amazing mom! I am blessed.
