So compleatly true! problem is whiel you are talking to the person on the bike…. all the road is haivng to wait for you and accadents are being promoted. 😉

HERE is the posted laws for Anchorage and the state. I am now carrying them in my back pack. if things get out of hand tonight. I will make sure to get plates and stop pull over and turn them in. so drivers beware. I am turning you in for your rudness now. Please try to be kind to the bikes on your road today. 😉
