birthday to me!

So lets see….. where to begin? I am still sick. Can’t barely breath. I wish that I could haven’t been able to breath or walk or… well you get the idea. I am sure that you know that puts a hamper on everything I have been working on lately. SO does having birthday cake in the middle of the week. LOL….

My birthday was AMAZING. I had fun really I did. I have been teasing the Girley because she started telling me that her and Miss Ch“““ were working on a surprise for me. So I have been telling her. NOPE I am NOT having a birthday I never do. I do things for others and I skip all of mine. that is the way it is going to be. I have been telling her this since before Christmas. So while we are all celebrating her mommies birthday…. Nani said something to the effect ….. No one made ME a cake for MY birthday! So The Girl sais I will make you one over the weekend while I am at aunties…. we can do that right? Sure little one I can do that. So the call comes in the night before me birthday… Saturday. Than the question. Auntie will you go to Nani’s and get something for me…? SURE. Off I go. Get a few movies and take care of a few things for my little girley’s new swing for the house. Stop by Nani’s and tell her… I am not celebrating…. and the story behind it. “G”

So the Girley picks out a cake out of my book. I want her to feel young again. Like a little girl again. I chuckle under my breath and said you got it. We will start on it in the morning. I will have to go and buy all the rest of the stuff to go on it. Oreo’s and such. So the next morning while hubby was sleeping and the girl was awake I ran to the store and got all the must haves for it. And we decided to make sure that it was done before Nani got her to pick up my boy to take him on hims shopping day. “G”( funny thing about that… it was his shopping day last year on my birthday.)

So when she got her she marveled over “HER” cake while I was cleaning everything up. I Giggled under my breath knowing better of course. So I laughed when they all came back in…. presents in hand. With a surprise. Something I did NOT expect…. My sister and the whole gang….”G” I had a grand tiem and my little girl and I have matching purses….everywhere we have gone … she yells. Hold on let me get my purse so that we match momma. I giggle and tell hubby … better enjoy it while I can. Than go grab my purse as well. I ended up giving her the little money purse that was inside mine. Girl was DYING to have it. So I gave in. she LOVES IT! So do I. Thank you to all. I enjoyed making my cake with the girl she is getting good at this. I will get to retire soon I think. I Loved the surprise of all coming over. And I WILL LOVE (most of all) Spring break. My present from my sister…..
