sent you a text yesterday after my doc visit – and posted on fb about my BIG (sarcasm) weight loss. Down 1 pound from last year. ‘sokay – doesn’t account for the ups and downs all year, huh?

I went strait to Nicoles … we sat and chitchatted and than she gave me a lift home. : ) anna even came out to run with me for a while.. But she is SOOOOO fast. I held her back… she needed to fly free… and she did once we hit spenard!

I am proud of you mom. you are right it doesnt account for allt he ups and downs of the year… and I did get your txt but I was working than forgot to txt ya back latter in the evening as I was a sleepin’…. haha…
