GRACE is easily defined as getting what you don't deserve. The perfect example of GRACE is Christ dying on the cross for all of us. As a Christian, I am charged to show GRACE to others. And yes, that can come in the form of baking a cake and delivering it ... all for no charge at all. I admire you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to do what you did.
