something YUMMY!!!

I absolutly love to cook. it is something that makes my heart feel good. I love to put food in kids mouths … well anyones mouth and see them smile because the spices are combined JUST RIGHT! here is one that I cannot take credit for. it is a Biggest loser recepie. But one that I LOVE. one that anyone that I make it for LOVES. so here it is….

Spicy Meatballs with Fiery Chili Sauce Recipe

Makes 1 serving

Lovely meatballs!

Your tags – turkey Ingredients 112 g 4 oz. ground turkey
28 g 2 TBS cooked brown rice
5 g onion
3 g 2 cloves garlic grated
3 g yellow spicy pepper
1 (.325g) 1/4 tsp dried parsley
1 (.4g) 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1 .45g) 1/4 tsp fennel seed
1 (.25g) 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
45 g 2 1/2 TBS chili sauce
1 g 1/8 tsp or to tast tobasco
Directions
1.preheat oven to 400 degrees

2.in medium bowl,combine the turkey, rice, parsley, italian seasoning, fennel, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes. Mix well with hands and roll into 8 balls.

3.Place them in a single layer on a small nonstick baking sheet. Bake for about 7 min, or untill the meatballs are just barely pink inside. transfer to a medium bowl and set aside.

4.Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the chili sauce with the tobasco. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Toss to coat and serve.
