That is how I felt this morning. DFly and I went out for a date this morning. met up with “Coach” Marrow. Neat man that ran track in high school and College and was willing to give us all the secrets that he has learned over the years. It was refreshing. he got Dfly and me off and Running… literally and was willing to “coach” and give advice when needed/asked for. We did alot of interval training and that will help out with my slow run.

I am looking forward to the next time we go out though. It will be great with Dfly’s new shoes and my new attitude. I am ready to let this man beat me up on the track.
