So compleatly true! problem is whiel you are talking to the person on the bike…. all the road is haivng to wait for you and accadents are being promoted.

HERE is the posted laws for Anchorage and the state. I am now carrying them in my back pack. if things get out of hand tonight. I will make sure to get plates and stop pull over and turn them in. so drivers beware. I am turning you in for your rudness now. Please try to be kind to the bikes on your road today.
