Thinking about adding this one to my list for this year…. hmmmmmm I know that if I REALLY need it I can stay in the yard of a friend. But I think we can tow the trailor if we need too. This one is a little longer but nothing that I can’t handle. Look at the 23 miles I did today. I am sure that I could have that one in the bag. Off to write the contact. I’ll let you know how it goes.

was my bike rout today! click over and check it out. it was a blast. But those hills i tell you I should have been training on those BEFORE the Tri. that is okay I will be ready next year
the guy who’s bike I am borrowing. He came by today to check on how I did. he is now on his way to get the paper and read. poor thing. I should have called sooner. I was planning on stoping by today…. latter… He beat me to it.
We are looking at changing a few things for my training on his bike. he has a few different things he wants me to look into … so off to look for different shoes and such. might have to wait to buy them… BUT I need to know what i am looking at…

I have to tell you, This has been bigger than I thought. I told the reporter. “If I can help, JUST one person make better choices t change thier lives… it will all be worth it.”
I didn’t realize how many people would read and make changes. I have been contated by so many of youout there in the world. some that have made small steps some that are jumping into routien with me. I am so impressed and inspired by all of you. Keep me moving with your inspiration and love.
and to the special one out there…. you said ” That will be me next year.” I asolutly cannot wait for you to be the one in the paper being writen about and to see that you have made your dream come true as well. I am cheering for you. and Looking for you in the pool today. Grin girl you can do this.

So I am supposed to get off me…… Hmmmmmm….. I know I should But I am really pumped about the tri. Just today I was on a neat trip with one of my kids. And While I was there the teacher asked me to run to the school to get the money he forgot. So I went on back and while on my way back tot he outing…. I got lost in my “train”ing thoughts and passed by were I was supposed to turn off. * G* funny how I am getting lost in all the things I want to change in order to get it better next year. But you know. I am gonna get better. A LOT better.

So off me now!!!!
I have these great pictures of my kids…. they had a banquet for swimming the other day. Okay it was on the 15th. Bow when my camera decides to behave I will be able to get you pictures of everything…
#3 boy bronze medaled an honor time in his back stroke He placed 5th in his 100 free in the Homer meet he also placed 5th in his 50 back stroke at the meet. My girlie placed 5th in her 25 BACK STROKE that one surprised us all.

Sounds like next year will be very successful for them.
