this training sometiems will beat me down and feel like it will never let up. funny thing it is me doing it to myself. LOL. coach’s sit back and marvel at me. I lvoe it. means that i am doing what i need to do. I have a goal that I would lvoe to do in about 5 years. I am gonna put it out there because I have to 1. save 2. get over a BIG FEAR and 3. be ready for something that big. but here it is. I put it here and than I will have to find a way OUT OF IT!  the LAVAMAN I know that I can do this. so I have it set for 5 years from now. that will mean my oldest will be 16 years old. and the youngest will be 9. OH BOY! I am getting old. but I will be only 38 years old. that will be a good time right before 40! to prove to myself what I can do. Olimpic track.

So keep on me. I will need you all to tell me what to do too. to keep me on track for this.

I know, I know…. you guys are just dying to see SOMETHING on here…. and hwat do I do. dissapoint you YET AGAIN!.

Just so much has been going on. I guess I will share some. you are well aware that the boy and I were ont he swim team. But my girlie has now passed all the tests and she too is now on the team as well. May will be a BIG month for us.

There will be my TRI May 18th and the two littles and I have a the last swim meet of the season May10th. we are so looking forward to the new adventures to come. Next year I will be doing an extra tri or two. one is in Eagle River and they have a KIDS tri. I am SO EXCITED ABOUT IT! sounds like the three oldest will be doing it with me. making a family affair out of it. The little will more than likely be able to do it too…. in a few years I think. and he will more than likely outdo us all.
