So we are all hanging…. and watching children in the family grow. Last night was a wonderful night. Mom mentioned that we have a new wall…. see the baby has a fowl mouth and the older ones are doing a lot of talk back. So our wall has mouths. Ten for each of us… so 60 to be exact. At the end of the week. We tally up how many we have a we get to buy things out of the mouth box…..

here is how it went…..

Girlie had 9 of her 10 left…. so she got.. 5 min per mouth certificate…. for TV time her choice no one could interrupt her time. Than for the num. Of mouths…. she spent 1 on a coloring page, 2 on a pack of individual pringles, 3 on a half soda and 3 on pieces of chocolate. So she was a happy girl when the homemade pizza was done and the movie started.

#3 boy went next… he only had 2 mouths. And try as he might he didn’t get to pick out more than the chips OR two candy. He chose the chips and ran off happy to eat them. With a certificate for 10 min. of cuddle time with mom and dad. He got that last night.

#2 boy… he had 9 mouths. He used 3 for the soda and he used 1 for a candy.. chose to save the rest. Than he got 45 min. of uninterrupted computer time. He used that last night as well…. and loved his new math game that is on the computer.

#1 boy. I am so proud of him. He has had a perfect year so far. He mentioned that he wished he had a diary… I am never one to take that away… so I got him one and he has been writing in it everyday. Something that means a lot to him. I am proud. So the mouths… he had 6… he did well really he did. He decided to spend it all … he took a 3 soda and a 2 chip and a 1 candy… than he was given a certificate. To stay up after all the other kids had gone to bed and get 30 min. of alone time on the computer to be shared with me sitting with him talking. We had a wonderful time. He used that last night. It was nice. Just quiet and nice. I am so proud to be that ones momma.

Now here is the kicker. Today he was to go to moms…. She showed up early and I told him to get his stuff ready so that he could head out. Hurry up babe…. he comes out and rounds the corner… already apologizing and he told me I want you to find out because I am being honest… at least I am honest. Rather than finding out on your own. Sooooo I need you to take a mouth because I called her a bitch. Well than… what do you say to that… I stroked his face. And kept the laughing shock out of my eyes. Put ice cream in them and told him. I am sad that I have to take that one off the wall. But I am SO HAPPY and I am SO PROUD that you are an honest man and that you came to me with that…. How lucky am I…..? the luckiest mom in the world. That is how lucky!
