we are all doing well. I am happy to say that my Dr. is happy about my progress. she is keeping a close eye on me. But is hopefull ( as am I) that I will be down below 200 soon. very soon. she looked over everything.  Food Logs and the weight diary and was very pleased. that is a good thing Right?

I am heading on up…. heading on up…. (sorry a little bit of a jefferson backflash…..) to Anchorage to get a Kidney overhaul on Monday. I am told it will be an easy thing. (Kinda Of) if you call getting HIT IN YOUR KIDEY 20,000 times, EASY! LOL. I know a little dramatic. I have all faith in him. He explained that I will get up with the kids when he is finnished with me but I will not be wanting to clean the house for a week. *G*.

At least I am lucky … They thought it was going to be worse. I know I havn’t told you all about any of this. well, Don’t be mad…. you didn’t need to worrie till now. *G*.
